Email us for kitchen and equipment enquiries
For sales, planning, maintenance or a site visit, send a message through our contact form. That inbox goes to our Durban team and is the best way to send drawings, room measurements, equipment lists or photos of an existing kitchen. We handle new installations and upgrades for busy food service operations that need clear answers and practical timing.
Most email enquiries are acknowledged within one working day. If you send details before 10am, we often come back the same day with a first response, especially for Durban North, Glen Anil and Umhlanga jobs.
Areas we serve across Durban and KwaZulu-Natal
Our base is in Glen Anil, Durban, and we support sites across the city and beyond. We regularly work in Durban North, Umhlanga, Pinetown, Ballito and Pietermaritzburg, as well as nearby industrial and healthcare facilities that need dependable kitchen equipment and servicing.
- Glen Anil and Durban North
- Umhlanga and the north coast
- Pinetown and the western suburbs
- Ballito, Salt Rock and surrounding areas
- Pietermaritzburg and inland KZN
What to include in your email
The more detail you send, the quicker we can help. A few photos, floor dimensions, power points, drainage positions and a short note on what the kitchen must do is usually enough for us to start. If you already have municipal or landlord requirements, send those too so we can factor them in from the start.
- Project location and suburb
- Type of site such as restaurant, hospital or canteen
- Measured room sizes or a sketch
- Any equipment you want to keep or replace
- Preferred installation timing
Design, supply and installation support
Our team can help with kitchen layouts, equipment specification, extractor planning, stainless fabrication and installation. We also commission equipment, train staff on daily use and carry out preventive maintenance, which is useful for sites running long hours or split shifts. For coastal kitchens in Durban and Umhlanga, we also consider humidity and corrosion when choosing finishes and fittings.
Where load shedding affects operations, we can discuss practical equipment choices and backup-friendly planning so the kitchen keeps moving. That includes realistic power use, heat output and clear working space for staff.
Breakdowns, maintenance and follow-up visits
If equipment is not working properly, email us with the fault, the model details if you have them, and when the problem started. We use that information to decide whether a site visit, part replacement or remote troubleshooting is the quickest route. For active kitchens, we try to keep interruption to a minimum and schedule work around service hours where possible.
Preventive maintenance can also be arranged by email, especially for canteens, hospitals and other sites that cannot afford surprise stoppages.
Who will handle your enquiry
Your email will be read by the right person, whether the question is about design, procurement or site work. Mandla Sibusiso Dlamini oversees the business, while Priya Naidoo handles kitchen design, Siyabonga Mkhize manages projects and Jared Pillay leads installations on site. Annelise van Wyk coordinates procurement, and Luyanda Zungu looks after service and breakdown support.
We keep the process straightforward: send the details, wait for our reply, then we move from there with a practical plan and honest timing.
